Kim Kardashian brought plenty of sparkle to Rome as she stepped out in a sheer black gown draped with crystal strands that reached almost to the ground.
The 46-year-old was seen at the Bulgari Hotel on October 24, wearing a lingerie-inspired design with a plunging black bra top and a pale pink satin waist panel.
Silver floral embellishments covered the bodice, while delicate crystal chains fell from her shoulders and continued down the length of her skirt. Cutouts beneath the bust revealed her midriff, and the floor-length black lace offered a glimpse of the underwear beneath.
