not least for the Duck Sauce: white rum, Aperol, orange juice, orange curacao, orange bitters and oloroso sherry. PS40 continues to offer some of the CBD’s best drinks service inside its plush (but not too fancy) high-ceilinged space, and plenty of innovative cocktails to boot.
