Developed by the National Emergencies Trust, the initiative guides communities in responding to floods, wildfires, power cuts and disruptions. The launch took place in Ilminster, Somerset, highlighting the importance of strengthening community resilience and supporting residents during emergencies.

Developed with researchers at Nottingham Trent University, Ready Together helps community groups assess local risks, identify resources and create emergency plans. The toolkit covers eight areas of preparedness, including communication, essential supplies and support for vulnerable residents. Prince William, patron of the National Emergencies Trust, supports the initiative, which aims to strengthen local cooperation and emergency response capabilities.
