DOHA, October 13. /TASS/. The sounds of explosions were heard in the vicinity of Saudi Aramco’s headquarters in the city of Dhahran in the east of the country, Reuters reported, citing sources.
Shortly after that, the Saudi-led coalition said it had intercepted an aerial target over the city. "A ballistic missile launched by Houthi terrorist units toward the city of Dhahran has been intercepted and destroyed," the coalition’s spokesman Turki al-Maliki wrote on X.
According to the spokesman, fragments of the missile fell on a residential area.
