Underground jewel of Park Street.
More than just Sydney’s best cognac-fuelled dive bar (where else can you order a brandy and green tea along with a devon and tomato sauce sandwich?), this underground jewel of Park Street also offers live music from Wednesday to Saturday. Another round of Marsala and Cokes, please – and maybe a Mum’s Breakfast gin sour with mandarin vermouth. Pass the sauce.
