Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, who took a break from work due to health issued informed his fans that he has been advised take some more time off to rest for a speedy recovery.
On Friday, Bachchan took to his personal blog on Tumblr to share the health update with his fans. He said, "Yet more rest needed... adjusting... thinking and wondering... the human body and its uniqueness."
Bachchan, who turned 84 earlier this month, shared a post on X on Wednesday to inform his fans and followers he has been advised to rest and couldn't interact with them due to it.
"Apologies .. I beg your forgiveness; I've been advised to take some time off for a few days to rest and recuperate, so I'm not able to write anything," the actor earlier wrote in the post.
His fans hoped for the actor's speedy recovery and shared good wishes in the comment section. Bachchan frequently uses his personal blog on Tumblr to share his thoughts and updates about his life with fans.
On the work front, the actor was last seen in the 2024 film Kalki 2898 AD. He will be reprising his role as Ashwathama in the Kalki 2. He is also set to star in the film Section 84.
