Samsung launched the Galaxy A57 in March, but details about its successor are already emerging. The Galaxy A58 could arrive in March or April next year, although Samsung has yet to announce the phone officially.
A new report from the source has revealed the expected camera specifications. However, the leaked details suggest that Samsung may not introduce major camera upgrades with the Galaxy A58.
According to the report, the Galaxy A58 will feature a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a 12MP front camera. These specifications match the Galaxy A57 in terms of resolution.
It remains unclear whether Samsung will use newer or larger camera sensors in the upcoming model. However, rising component costs could limit the scope of hardware improvements.
On the software side, the Galaxy A57 launched with Android 16 and One UI 8.5. The Galaxy A58, meanwhile, is expected to ship with Android 17 and One UI 9.5.
More details about the Galaxy A58 should emerge in the coming months. Until then, it remains uncertain whether Samsung will introduce meaningful camera improvements beyond the expected software upgrades.
