The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Sri Lanka will bring together marketing and business professionals from some of the country’s leading organisations for Corporate Quiz Night 2026 – The Ultimate Marketing Mind, an event designed to celebrate marketing excellence, strategic thinking and teamwork.
Taking place on 6 November 2026 at The Atrium, Cinnamon Grand, the competition will see corporate teams test their knowledge across a range of marketing and business disciplines, including Marketing Strategy, Brands & Advertising, Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, and Business & Current Affairs.
The event aims to provide a unique platform for professionals to engage with peers, challenge themselves and demonstrate the breadth of skills required of modern marketers.
Thiyangie De Mel, Project Chair of Corporate Quiz Night 2026, said:
“Marketing today extends far beyond traditional theory and practice. Today’s professionals must understand consumers, interpret data, navigate digital change and make sound strategic decisions in increasingly complex environments. Corporate Quiz Night has been designed to reflect these realities while creating an engaging and enjoyable experience for participating teams.”
Teams of four will compete through multiple rounds, combining knowledge, speed and collaboration in pursuit of the title of The Ultimate Marketing Mind. The winning team will receive a cash prize of LKR 125,000.
“We wanted to create an event that brings together professionals from across Sri Lanka’s corporate sector in a setting that encourages both friendly competition and meaningful networking,” added De Mel. “The combination of marketing, business awareness and teamwork makes this a truly distinctive event for the professional community.”
The initiative reflects CIM Sri Lanka’s ongoing commitment to supporting professional development and fostering stronger connections across the country’s marketing and business landscape.
Corporate Quiz Night 2026 will take place on 6 November 2026 from 5.30 p.m. onwards at The Atrium, Cinnamon Grand, Colombo.
