Kylie Jenner made her Victoria's Secret debut wearing a bra valued at $50 million. Alessandra Ambrosio celebrated her 20th show. Adriana Lima closed the runway. And Gisele Bündchen needed only a brief appearance on screen to leave fans waiting for her next move.
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show returned to Los Angeles last night, October 18, bringing diamonds, oversized wings and several generations of Brazilian and Latina models to Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City. Bella Hadid opened the show, while her sister Gigi Hadid walked to live music. Performances by Megan Thee Stallion, KATSEYE, Tate McRae and Megan Moroney supplied the soundtrack.
Ambrosio's appearance marked two decades' worth of Victoria's Secret runways since her debut in 2000. The Brazilian model had received an early celebration at her fitting, where the brand greeted her with giant pink balloons spelling out "20."
Lima, who first walked for Victoria's Secret in 1999, returned to close the 2026 show. The Salvador, Bahia-born model has remained one of the company's most recognizable faces through its original television years, her 2018 farewell and the runway's eventual return.
Another Brazilian comeback had been 17 years in the making. Carol Trentini returned after last appearing in the show in 2009.
"I'm back after 17 years!" she said in comments published by Brazil's NewMag. "And I'm very, very happy about it."
Trentini joined a Brazilian contingent that also included Gabriela Moura and newcomer Daiane Sodré. Moura, who was born in Niterói, built her following through dance and comedy videos before moving into modeling and making her Victoria's Secret runway debut in 2025.
Puerto Rico's Joan Smalls, Miami-raised Cuban American model Devyn Garcia and Paloma Elsesser, whose father has Chilean and Swiss ancestry, were also part of the lineup. Their careers span luxury fashion, beauty campaigns and a broader range of bodies than the brand's earlier shows typically featured.
Smalls, born in Hatillo, has long spoken about her Afro-Latina identity. Garcia brings her Cuban roots and South Florida upbringing, while Elsesser has pushed for an industry in which inclusion extends to the clothes available to customers. Together, they represented several different experiences of Latinidad on the same runway.
Bündchen's contribution came through a prerecorded appearance. Wearing pink lace lingerie and a silky robe, she welcomed viewers before the runway began, then returned after the finale with a tease.
"You are going to be seeing more of me real soon. Ciao!"
Her last Victoria's Secret runway appearance was in 2006. Sunday's cameo left the details of any future involvement unanswered.
Jenner supplied the evening's biggest jewelry reveal. Her Fantasy Bra, designed by Jacob Arabo of Jacob & Co., featured 4,410 natural diamonds surrounding a 75.54-carat yellow diamond. Vogue reported its value at $50 million. She wore it with a translucent miniskirt, clear heels and white feathered wings, while Timothée Chalamet and Kris Jenner watched from the audience. The appearance brought the Fantasy Bra back to the runway for the first time since 2018.

The clothes moved through seasonal sections, from spring and summer to autumn corsetry and winter sparkle. A vintage-inspired passage revisited slip dresses, while PINK brought a more casual wardrobe to the catwalk. Gigi Hadid wore paillette-fringe wings during the summer section, sharing the runway with McRae, who performed her new single "Housewife" in glittering red lingerie.
Alex Consani wore powder-pink lingerie beneath a voluminous cape that shifted from bubblegum pink to pale green. Elsewhere, the cast included Anok Yai, Candice Swanepoel, Ashley Graham, Precious Lee, Liu Wen, Imaan Hammam, Barbara Palvin, Jasmine Tookes, Behati Prinsloo, Doutzen Kroes, Irina Shayk and Vittoria Ceretti. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Elsa Hosk also returned, alongside newer faces including Iris Law, Amelia Gray, Natalia Bryant and soccer player Trinity Rodman.
The evening also introduced Solange Omon, the Cameroon-born winner of the brand's Angels Among Us casting competition. Her prize included an IMG Models contract and a runway debut alongside women whose careers she had followed.
"This is the life that I want to have," she told PEOPLE.
