The final round of the 2026 Volvik National Park Golf Championship, hosted by golf equipment maker Volvik, will be held on the 19th at Asiad Park Golf Course in Incheon. A total of 300 male and female players who advanced through four regional qualifiers — in Cheongyang, South Chungcheong Province; Seongju, North Gyeongsang Province; Hwasun, South Jeolla Province; and Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province — will compete for the overall title.
The tournament will crown separate men's and women's champions while also selecting the player with the best score regardless of gender. In the morning round, the top 36 men and top 36 women — 72 players in total — will advance, then be divided into 18 groups of four for mixed-gender play. Based on stroke play scores, seven players will be honored: one overall most valuable player and the top three finishers in each of the men's and women's divisions.
The overall MVP will receive base prize money of 15 million won ($10,800). Under a "double-up" program that doubles the prize for players using Volvik clubs, the award can reach as much as 30 million won. The prize for the men's and women's division champions also rises from a base of 1.5 million won to as much as 3 million won. All 72 players who reach the final round will receive prize money.
The tournament carries a total value of 500 million won, combining 100 million won in prize money with 400 million won in awards and merchandise. Lexfeel is providing in-kind prizes worth 100 million won, and Olbareun Seoul Hospital will offer magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) screening vouchers and dispatch emergency medical staff on the day of the event. Dongwon F&B (049770) is also sponsoring beverages and other items.
"Drawing on the technology and know-how we have built up in the golf equipment business, we entered the park golf market and are now holding our first national tournament this year," a Volvik official said. "We will continue to introduce high-quality park golf equipment and contribute to broadening the base of the sport."
