The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Health Department has suspended all recruitment activities at health institutions and offices in selected districts until further orders.
According to an official notification, District Health Officers (DHOs) and Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospitals have been directed to immediately halt ongoing and planned recruitments.
The restrictions cover all stages of the hiring process, including job advertisements, recruitment tests, interviews, and the preparation of merit lists.
The department has also prohibited the issuance of appointment letters, joining of selected candidates, and new postings until further notice.
The notification warns that concerned officers will be held responsible for any violation of the directives.
