This adventure RPG, with 84% positive reviews, is under $1.50 on Steam

Released on June 3, 2016, Home Behind is an adventure game that combines survival and RPG mechanics. Your homeland was ravaged by civil war and plunged into chaos. As a player, your goal will be to find your missing daughter and reach Europe in search of safety.

In this game, events are randomly generated, but your main priorities remain the same. Indeed, you'll have to monitor your food and water levels, as well as your mood. To help you on your journey, unlock 15 different jobs, each with its own skills, items, and rewards.

Disease, wild animals, and rebels could threaten your survival. To defend yourself, craft weapons and armor. Test different combinations to find the best gear and defeat powerful bosses. Furthermore, according to the developers at TPP Studio, the game's world is inspired by real events.

Home Behind has earned a "Very Positive" rating on Steam, with 84% of its 6,163 reviews being positive. Many players appreciate its survival mechanics. Some resources are scarce, which increases the difficulty. In addition, its crafting tree and 2D graphics are praised. However, several aspects have been criticized, particularly when it comes to combat. The main story has also disappointed some players, and the gameplay can feel repetitive.

Currently, Home Behind is available on Steam for $1.19, down from $5.99. According to SteamDB, this offer ends on November 5, 2026.
