Melrose Place star, 53, has fans reminiscing with glamorous new photos

Alyssa Milano gave fans a gorgeous close-up in her latest Instagram update, showing off flowing waves, rosy makeup and an impressive collection of sparkling necklaces.

The 53-year-old actress, remembered by Melrose Place viewers as Jennifer Mancini, shared a selection of photographs captioned: "Recently, with feeling."

And there was plenty for followers to enjoy, from her beautifully coordinated autumn outfit to a candid moment with two adorable dogs.

In the close-up, Alyssa wore her long, highlighted brunette hair in loose waves, framing her face with golden strands. Soft brown eyeshadow, defined lashes and a pink lip complemented the warm tones of her outfit.

She layered a checked shirt over a chocolate-brown high-neck top, adding several necklaces, including delicate floral designs and a heart-shaped pendant. Small gold earrings completed the look.

Another imade revealed the more playful details of her ensemble: a checked skirt with sweeping grey feather trim and metallic embellished shoes.

Seated beside a brown leather sofa, Alyssa was pictured laughing as one dog rested its front paws over the back of the furniture and another settled on the floor beside her.

Fans were quick to respond. One described her as "still as beautiful as always", while another wrote: "Just look at all of that Puppy Love going on right there on slide 5!!"

Other followers reminisced about her years playing Phoebe Halliwell in Charmed, a role she took on after her stint in Melrose Place.

The update follows a busy month for the actress, who attended the world premiere of The Night Driver in Los Angeles wearing the same distinctive checked and feather-trimmed ensemble. 

The thriller opened Screamfest on 6 October and stars Alyssa alongside Josh Lucas and David Arquette.

Directed by Jeremy Weiss, the film follows a travelling salesman whose encounter with a stranger turns into a terrifying ordeal, while his wife seeks help to find him.

It marks another screen outing for the actress, whose television career has taken her from Samantha Micelli in Who's the Boss? to the scheming Jennifer Mancini and, later, Charmed's youngest original Halliwell sister.

Away from her glamorous appearances, Alyssa has been candid about beauty treatments and growing older.

For her 53rd birthday in December 2025, she shared a makeup-free selfie, while openly acknowledging her microbladed eyebrows and previous Botox and filler treatments.

She also published a personal reflection on her Substack, On Descent, exploring how her relationship with her body and her priorities had changed.

Rather than treating every physical change as something to correct, Alyssa wrote about recognising the experiences behind them, from motherhood to joy and loss. She also described becoming more protective of her time and less willing to spend it on things that depleted her. As she put it: "I want to look like someone who leaned toward what mattered and didn't look back."
