Coronation Street star Lucy-Jo Hudson revealed an unlikely way to top up her wedding fund, by selling her belongings at a car boot sale.
The actress, 43, got engaged to her long-term boyfriend Lewis Devine in April, and revealed she made over £300 for her wedding by flogging clutter that had been taking up space in her garage.
Lucy-Jo shared a lengthy Instagram post gushing that she was joined by her neighbour and her children as they set up in the early hours.
The actress added that she sold 'everything' and made a tidy sum towards her wedding fund, as she shared snaps of the money she'd made and all of the items she had sold.
She said: 'Last Sunday I went back to my childhood and did a car boot sale, and made £305 that's now going towards our wedding fund…
'Ahhh it was actually so much fun… I sold so many random things, from old shoes, to baskets, to lamps, to bags, to plant pots…. that have literally just been sat in our garage, cluttering up space, for far too long.

'I nearly didn't make it, as I set my alarm for 4.30am and it never went off, and I woke up at 6.30am panicking that I'd missed my slot, but I flew in my car got there for 6.45am and managed to get myself set up… in the dark..
'Before I'd even got everything unpacked, I had people in my boot wanting to buy things, then my boys and our lovely neighbour Daphne turned up about 7.30am, god love them, to help me.
'Daphne even brought coffee and biscuits, for us all, which I was buzzing about because I didn't have time to make my own before I left that morning, being in such a panic
'We stayed until 1pm, sold pretty much everything and came home with £305!! Absolutely buzzing.
'Wedding planning is exciting, but let's be honest it can get expensive VERY quickly. So I'm all for finding little ways to save money.
'I've got bags full of clothes, so I'll be back again to get them sold…. And I may do a Christmas one too…
'Ahhh I love a car boot sale (sadly so does @lewisdevineofficial, he kept going off and buying, while I was trying to sell it, he is not coming again!)'
In July, Lucy-Jo shared that in contrast to her soap heyday, she receives 'a lot more rejection these days' in her acting career.

The actress shot to fame in 2002 when she landed her first major TV role as troubled teenager Katy Harris in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street.
She played the character until 2005, famously known for a dramatic departure storyline dubbed 'Killer Katy'.
Lucy-Jo went on to land roles in Wild at Heart, Doctors, Hollyoaks and Casualty.
In a new Instagram post, the actress gave her followers a 'little honest life update'.
She wrote on top of a series of snaps: 'I'm 43, a mum of 2, and entering a new chapter. For 25 years I've worked as an actress. Life and the industry have changed, and so have I.
'I'm navigating perimenopause, motherhood, business and trying to look after myself.
'I've learnt that wellness isn't about perfection. It's about the things that help us feel like ourselves again...
'And this is what I'll be sharing more of here.'
Alongside the post, she opened up more, writing: 'At 43, a mum of 2, I am finding my way through this New Chapter….
'Navigating my way through perimenopause, not to mention the silent load of motherhood, add on work, the self tapes that seem to lead to rejection a lot more these days, taking care of my home, trying to build my business, keeping up with the WhatsApp groups, taxi-ing the kids here there and everywhere, never mind the food shopping, cooking, cleaning….
'And after all that, I am trying to take care of myself…. But it's not always easy and I don't always have the time, and when I don't find time to fill my cup up, even a little bit, wow do I feel it!!!?
'I get seriously overwhelmed, I struggle to control or even understand my emotions….
'This is real life, midlife, growth, wellness and everything in between. If you've been feeling the same recently, just know you are not alone.'
In April, Lucy-Jo announced her engagement to boyfriend Lewis after eight years of 'ups and downs.'
Sharing a series of images, she posed for a loved-up photo with her new fiancé before enjoying a glass of champagne.
Lucy-Jo captioned the post: 'I'm still on cloud nine. Eight years, our blended family, and a moment I never saw coming.
'Lew has had this planned for months... and I had no idea…. He took me back to the Lakes, where some of our first memories began.
'We spent the day reminiscing, just us, walking through the most beautiful quiet gardens with no one else around.
'We talked about our kids, our future, how far we've come and then Lew just held me tight, telling me about how much he loves our kids, and how he can't imagine doing life without me... and then suddenly, he was on one knee.'
She continued: 'I was already crying and saying YES before he'd even finished asking me. No big audience, no big show, just us, and a quiet, perfect moment that meant everything.
'After all our ups and downs, we've come out stronger, and now we get forever.
'I'm still on cloud nine - and I can't stop looking at my stunning ring, and the man who gave it to me. Thank you for choosing us, always.
'I love you baby and I can't wait to marry you.'
Lucy was previously married to her Coronation Street co-star Alan Halsall, who still plays Tyrone Dobbs in the soap, from 2009 to 2018.
She shares daughter Sienna with Alan and a son Carter with her fiancé Lewis.
