An 85-bed care home and assisted living complex could be built as part of a residential development in Leeds.
People would be helped to live independently at the site in Kirkstall if plans are agreed with the council.
Flats and 12 supported living units are included in plans drawn up by developer Rhodos Properties.
It would form the final phase of the wider Kirkstall Place development of 263 homes.

A design report said people living at the site near Kirkstall Lane would be well served by bus stops and close to Headingley railway station.
It said: “A range of everyday facilities is available within walking distance, including Kirkstall Leisure Centre, local shops and services, medical facilities and retail destinations.
“Overall, this allows the proposed care and assisted living accommodation to be integrated into an existing community, rather than creating an isolated specialist-care environment.”
The report said the scheme would include a roof terrace and dining area where residents could meet each other.
The care home and assisted living facilities would be provided in separate buildings at the site.
Pedestrian routes, car parking and cycle storage would be provided as part of the scheme.
The report said: “The entrance, parking and associated landscaping have been considered together to create a welcoming arrival, appropriate to the residential nature of the care home.
“The proposals have been developed as the final component of the wider Kirkstall Place masterplan, rather than as a standalone institutional development.”
Pre-application talks were held with council planners in April this year.
Separate planning permission was granted by Leeds City Council for the wider housing scheme and building work began in 2022.
The report said: “Significant parts of the wider Kirkstall Place development are now completed and occupied, with further residential phases under construction.”
A full planning application is out for consultation until October 23.
