CJP TIRANGA MARCH LIVE
CJP Tiranga March Live Updates: The Delhi Police has deployed around 6,000 personnel ahead of the Cockroach Janta Party’s (CJP) 'Lehra Do Tiranga' march at Connaught Place's Central Park at 5 pm today, with traffic restrictions and prohibitory orders in force. The outfit has called on supporters to gather at Central Park carrying the national flag, while urging parallel marches in other cities. Traders have opposed the march and moved the court, saying protests over the past three weeks have affected their sales. Amid this, Dipke responded saying that businesses do not suffer because of peaceful protests. The march comes after CJP members Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were sent to judicial custody after they trespassed on the Jantar Mantar, now denotified as a protest site, and waved the national flag. Traffic diversions are in place across 21 roads and junctions in and around Connaught Place. Follow indiatoday.in for live updates.
