Children could be taught how to stop 'life-threatening' bleeding from stab wounds or car crashes in school

Former trauma co-ordinator Neil Shastri-Hurst warned that someone could bleed to death before an ambulance arrives. His bill would add training on severe bleeding to the lifesaving skills already taught in schools
