Diesel fuel and carrots recorded some of the sharpest price increases in Tajikistan in January-September this year, rising 51.6% and 52.2%, respectively. Gasoline prices have climbed 38% over the same nine-month period, while overall consumer inflation stood at 2.8% in January–September, according to the Agency for Statistics under the President of Tajikistan.
