Andhra Pradesh Home Minister rushes injured students to hospital

Andhra Pradesh Home Minister V. Anitha came to the rescue of two students who sustained serious injuries in a road accident on the BRTS Road near Health City in Arilova, on Thursday.

The Minister was travelling from Visakhapatnam towards Payakaraopeta via the BRTS Road, when she noticed a vehicle colliding with a scooter carrying the two students. On seeing the injured students, Ms. Anitha immediately intervened and arranged for them to be shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.

The Minister instructed the doctors concerned to provide the injured students with the best possible medical care. She also directed the police to take appropriate legal action against the driver of the vehicle responsible for the accident, in accordance with the law.

The Home Minister expressed concern over the incident and wished the injured students a speedy recovery.
