The Swede was arrested in the Sebezhsky district of Russia’s Pskov region. He is said to have “planned terrorist attacks against military facilities” in Russia, Tass reports.
“Under the pretext of joining the Russian Armed Forces, he was on his way to the Russian Federation to commit sabotage and terrorist acts against military facilities,” the FSB said in a statement, according to Tass.
In a video circulating in Russian state media, the man is being interrogated by Russian security services.
