Parliament is scheduled to resume sitting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., for the commencement of the Third Meeting of the Second Session of the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic.
A notice issued by the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, said the meeting would commence at Parliament House in Accra.
The notice, dated October 20, 2026, was issued pursuant to Order 58 of the Standing Orders of Parliament.
The resumption will bring Members of Parliament together for the next meeting of the current parliamentary session.
The commencement of the meeting is expected to pave the way for the House to resume its legislative and oversight responsibilities, including consideration of government business and matters referred to parliamentary committees.
