Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers returned to full participation at Thursday’s practice, a welcome development for the team ahead of its Week 7 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
Bowers was limited on Wednesday because of hamstring and calf injuries. He missed the first two games of the 2026 season after undergoing a minor knee procedure shortly before the campaign began. His latest injury report designation is the first time this season he has been listed with an issue other than his knee.
Through four appearances, Bowers has recorded 28 receptions for 382 yards and three touchdowns. He has also produced two 100-yard receiving performances this season. During Las Vegas’ 33-30 loss to the Buffalo Bills last week, he caught four passes on nine targets for 70 yards. That contest was the first time this season he failed to receive double-digit targets.

Bowers’ return to full practice participation comes as the Raiders attempt to end a three-game losing streak. Over their past three games, Las Vegas has been outscored 64-41 after halftime, including a 24-3 disadvantage in the third quarter. The Raiders have also committed seven second-half turnovers this season, with four of quarterback Kirk Cousins’ five interceptions occurring during the final two quarters.
Las Vegas has shown offensive potential, averaging 26.7 points per game, the sixth-highest mark in the league. However, inconsistent red-zone execution and defensive woes have prevented the Raiders from consistently closing out games.
Alongside Bowers, defensive tackle Folorunso Fatukasi and offensive tackle Kolton Miller also returned to full participation after being limited Wednesday. Defensive tackle Tonka Hemingway was limited after missing the previous practice, while running back Mike Washington did not participate and linebacker Quay Walker remained limited.
