Mayfield Hotel Seoul said on the 22nd that it has revamped its "2026 Castle Club" membership program, removing caps on the number of food and beverage discounts members can use and expanding access to the hotel's swimming pool and fitness facilities.
The Castle Club is the hotel's flagship membership program, with 30% of all members having maintained their enrollment for four years or more. Its signature tier, "Gourmet," carries an annual fee of 500,000 won ($350) and comes with dining vouchers of the same value. The vouchers can be used at all food and beverage outlets in the hotel, subject to each venue's terms, and members also receive standing discounts.
The hotel strengthened benefits for small family gatherings. Members hosting family events for 20 people or fewer at major outlets, including the royal court Korean restaurant Bongnaeheon, can apply up to 200,000 won in dining vouchers and receive an additional 10% discount on the meal.
The "Lifestyle" and "Heritage" tiers now include fitness passes that allow use of the sauna, swimming pool, gym and golf driving range without an overnight stay. The Lifestyle tier also comes with a cake voucher and one night in a superior room.
Heritage, the top tier, carries an annual fee of 2 million won and provides one night in a superior room, two nights in executive rooms, dining vouchers worth a total of 700,000 won and two breakfast vouchers for two people. Unlimited valet parking is also included.
"We completely restructured the 2026 Castle Club around tangible value, so that customers can intuitively feel the hotel's worth from the moment they sign up," an official at Mayfield Hotel Seoul said.
