Fantasy football managers know that finding a reliable tight end can be the difference between winning and losing a matchup. Heading into Week 7 of the 2026 NFL regular season, a number of tight ends remain premier options despite some slightly underwhelming performances. With the position often defined by inconsistent production, managers should prioritize dependable targets, red-zone opportunities, and favorable workloads when setting their lineups.
Week 7 Top Fantasy Football Picks
Brock Bowers, LV (vs. LAR)
Brock Bowers remains one of fantasy football’s most valuable tight ends, even after a performance that fell short of his usual standards. He caught four of nine targets for 70 yards in Week 6. He finished with a respectable yardage total but left some production on the table in a high-scoring contest. The biggest concern was his catch rate. Bowers had nine opportunities but converted fewer than half into receptions. That limited his overall fantasy output. Still, the target volume is encouraging.
The Raiders face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 7. Bowers should remain a central figure in their offensive attack. Keep him firmly in starting lineups.

Trey McBride, ARI (vs. DEN)
Trey McBride continues to demonstrate why he belongs among the top fantasy football tight ends. He hauled in seven of nine targets for 53 yards in Week 6, providing a steady stream of catches. McBride’s performance highlighted the value of consistent involvement. His target volume and ability to regularly secure passes make him a dependable option.
Arizona’s Week 7 matchup against Denver presents another test. However, McBride’s role should keep him firmly in the fantasy conversation. His steady involvement gives him a strong starting case. He remains a high-priority option for managers seeking consistency.
George Kittle, SF (@ ATL)
George Kittle has been an efficient contributor for San Francisco. Through six games, he has recorded 26 catches for 337 yards and five touchdowns. That gives fantasy football managers a valuable combination of volume and scoring potential. Kittle finished second on the 49ers in both catches and receiving yards during their close Monday-night win. He also found the end zone on an 11-yard pass from Brock Purdy.
San Francisco faces Atlanta in Week 7. As such, Kittle should remain a top-five fantasy tight end option. With Mike Evans reportedly dealing with Achilles soreness, Kittle could be especially important to the passing attack. His touchdown production gives him a strong ceiling.
Week 7 Fantasy Football Sleepers
Harold Fannin Jr., CLE (@ TEN)
Harold Fannin Jr. enters Week 7 looking to rebound after two consecutive games with just one reception. He managed only one catch for nine yards on three targets in Week 6. That’s a sharp decline from Weeks 2-4, when he averaged five receptions and one touchdown per game.
Cleveland’s passing struggles have contributed to the downturn. Deshaun Watson has been held below 175 passing yards in three of his last four games. Fannin is therefore a speculative play rather than a dependable starter. That said, his earlier production suggests there may be more upside if the offense improves. The matchup against Tennessee gives him a chance to regain some momentum.
Pat Freiermuth, PIT (@ NO)
Pat Freiermuth recorded just two catches for 11 yards on three targets in Week 6. Those numbers offer little immediate fantasy football excitement. Still, his circumstances deserve consideration. Freiermuth played through a calf injury that appeared on the injury report shortly before Sunday’s game.
A healthier week of practice could help him become a more reliable option against New Orleans. Managers searching for a tight end alternative should monitor his practice participation. If he returns to full health, he could offer useful depth.
Hunter Henry, NE (@ CHI)
Hunter Henry is the most appealing sleeper of this group. He has found the end zone in consecutive games. He caught four of five targets for 48 yards and a touchdown in Week 6. That continues a productive stretch in which he has recorded at least four targets in four of his last five games.
That makes Henry a viable option for managers who need help at tight end. His Week 7 matchup against Chicago offers another opportunity to build on his momentum. While touchdowns are difficult to predict, Henry’s recent usage gives him a clearer path to fantasy relevance.
Injury and Late-Week Notes
Tyler Warren is dealing with a groin injury, while TJ Hockenson is managing a concussion. Monitor their practice participation and official injury designations before kickoff, as either situation could affect Week 7 lineup decisions.
