Global dairy prices have jumped again as milk powders strengthen and fats soften.
At the latest Global Dairy Trade (GDT) auction overnight, the average price lifted 2.5% to US$4021 (NZ$7078) per metric tonne.
It is the second consecutive auction where prices have lifted, with 42,088/MT sold
