Federal and state investigators are probing connections between the Oregon elementary school shooter and “nihilist violent extremist” groups following the horrific attack that left three kids and a teacher dead, according to a report.
Investigators profiled Griffin John, 16, as a highly online and socially disaffected teen, Oregon Public Broadcasting reported, citing four sources with knowledge of the investigation.

John’s links to “nihilist violent extremist” groups are now being probed – with the “764” group being investigated for any potential connection to the Silver Rail Elementary School massacre, the outlet reported.
