Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are set to share details about their relationship and marriage on the upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan 9, shows a promo of the episode.
In the trailer, filmmaker and host Karan Johar introduces the newlyweds as a “blockbuster couple” before asking them about their proposal. Rashmika shakes her head, prompting Vijay to reveal that she was the one who first raised the idea of getting married.
“She said let's get married,” Vijay says.
Recalling their conversations, the actor adds, “I told her that 'You asked me like a 100 times.'”
Rashmika confirms his account, revealing that she had been asking him about marriage for a year.
“I asked him for an entire year,” she says.
The episode also features a playful exchange during the show’s Rapid Fire round. Karan asks Rashmika to choose between Allu Arjun and Ranbir Kapoor as her favourite co-star. The actress picks Allu Arjun.
Vijay is then asked to name the co-star with whom he shares the best chemistry. Rashmika quickly interjects, “Nobody.”
Responding with a humorous take on married life, Vijay says, “Rule no. 101 of marriage: Agree with the wife.”
Rashmika and Vijay tied the knot on February 26, 2026, in an intimate ceremony in Rajasthan attended by family members and close friends.
Following their post-wedding celebrations, the couple resumed shooting for Ranabaali in March. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film released in theatres on October 16.
The ninth and final season of Koffee With Karan kicked off on October 14 with Salman Khan as the guest on the first episode.
