Supporters of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in their thousands stormed the streets of Abuja on a solidarity walk to drum support for the President ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The solidarity walk, which was held simultaneously a few hours after the inauguration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Council by the President witnessed a massive turnout of youth and women groups, including members of the Tarh Nation Support Group.
The rally is in collaboration with El’s Empowerment Initiative.
This was contained in a statement made available to Blueprint.ng in Abuja on Saturday by the Founder/President, Tarh Nation Support Group, Amb. Adesuwa Udo for and on behalf of the National Executive Council.
During a chat with newsmen at the venue of the walk, Amb Udo expressed confidence in the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
President Tinubu, according to her, remains the best bet for Nigeria and the right choice for Nigerians come 2027.
“We have no doubt in our minds that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the right man for the job and our best bet. With him, Nigeria will be better.
“He has shown capacity, leadership and love for this nation, and that is why we are here today to assure Nigerians that there is no other best choice than President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” she said.
Amb. Adesuwa while mobilising and calling for support for Tinubu further assured Nigerians that with him at the helm of affairs, the country’s future he noted is secure, adding that her group will continue to mobilize at the grassroots to ensure total victory for the APC in 2027.
She thereafter called on all Nigerians, especially women and youths, to come out en masse to support the administration and ensure they have their Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs) ready
