1. Soak Feet In Warm Water
A warm foot soak can help relax tired feet after hours of dancing. Soak them for 10-15 minutes and gently dry them afterwards.
2. Apply A Cold Compress
If your feet feel swollen or sore, wrap an ice pack in a towel and apply it to the affected area for 15-20 minutes.
3. Elevate Feet
Lie down and prop your feet up on a pillow to help reduce swelling after hours of standing and dancing.
4. Massage Your Feet Gently
Gently massage your soles and arches to ease muscle tension. Avoid deep pressure if you have sharp pain, significant swelling or an injury.
5. Stretch Feet & Calves
Try gentle calf stretches and ankle circles to ease stiffness after dancing. Stop if a movement increases your pain.
6. Wear Comfortable Footwear
Give your feet a break from heels or tight footwear. Choose supportive, comfortable shoes or slippers while your feet recover.
7. Rest & Hydrate
Take a break from strenuous activity and drink enough water. If pain is severe or swelling persists, seek medical advice rather than relying on home remedies.
