Just hours after competing in front of thousands of wrestling fans, Benjamin Satterley, known professionally as PAC, was found dead inside a rental vehicle in suburban Chicago, bringing a devastating end to his professional wrestling career.
The British wrestler died on September 27 at the age of 40, shortly after appearing at All Elite Wrestling's All Out pay-per-view event the previous evening.

Now, the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed that Satterley's death resulted from bronchial asthma, according to the California Post, with officials classifying the manner of death as natural.
The determination provides clarity following weeks of uncertainty surrounding the circumstances of his death, although authorities have not released further details about the medical emergency itself.
What happened to PAC before death in Illinois?
Satterley was discovered unresponsive in the driver's seat of a rental car outside a CAVA restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois, at approximately 4pm.
Emergency services were contacted after a witness noticed the wrestler apparently unconscious inside the vehicle, with dispatch communications describing someone as "slumped in a car."
First responders arrived at the scene but were unable to revive him, and Satterley was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
An incident report subsequently revealed that investigators found no signs of physical trauma or suspicious injuries, although medication was discovered inside the vehicle.
Authorities also noted saliva on the front of his shirt, but the report didn't establish what significance, if any, that observation had.
An acquaintance told investigators that Satterley had stopped for lunch before traveling to the airport, where he was expected to leave the Chicago area.
His mobile phone was reportedly found on the center console with Google Maps displaying directions to O'Hare International Airport.
PAC wrestled AEW All Out before sudden death
The timing of Satterley's passing made the tragedy particularly difficult for wrestling fans, given that he had competed at a major AEW event just hours earlier.
Performing at the NOW Arena in the Chicago area, PAC faced Andrade in a singles match, ultimately suffering defeat in what became his final wrestling contest.
He also appeared later during the event's main event involving Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay, marking his final televised appearance for the promotion.
There's been no confirmed evidence linking his performance that evening to the medical condition subsequently identified as his cause of death.
Wrestling world loses former WWE champion at 40
Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley built an international reputation through his exceptional athleticism, technical ability and spectacular high-flying wrestling style.
He rose to prominence in WWE under the names Adrian Neville and Neville, becoming NXT Champion before enjoying further success in the company's cruiserweight division.
After leaving WWE, he joined AEW in 2019 and became an important figure in the promotion's early development.
His achievements included winning the AEW All-Atlantic Championship and two World Trios Championships, strengthening his reputation as one of Britain's most accomplished modern wrestlers.
Although the official findings have answered the central question surrounding his death, Satterley's passing at just 40 has left professional wrestling without one of its most distinctive performers.
