Crossing the globe is a breeze with Cathay Pacific. Along with a quick pit-stop in Hong Kong, you’ll fly in business-class comfort from the UK with a lie-flat bed, gourmet fine-dining and a huge range of in-flight entertainment at your fingertips.
Well rested, you’ll touch down for four nights in Sydney. Alongside a private excursion to the spectacular Blue Mountains, where you’ll soar above waterfalls, dramatic clifftops and eucalyptus forest aboard the world’s steepest passenger railway, you could spend your days exploring the city’s famous golden beaches, hopping on a ferry across Sydney Harbour or strolling through the historic Rocks district.
You could even take on the Harbour Bridge Climb for unrivalled views of the glittering skyline.
We’ll put you up in style at Capella Sydney, one of the world’s swankiest hotels, where you’ll rub shoulders with Aussie A-listers and stay in five-star luxury. Even better, it’s just a short walk to the waterfront and the Sydney Opera House, where you’ll dine at Bennelong, the acclaimed fine-dining restaurant with jaw-dropping views of the harbour.
It can be tough to get a table at this exclusive spot, but yours is already reserved.
Melbourne
Next, you’ll spend three nights in cool Melbourne, a city renowned for its thriving food scene, creative energy and laid-back charm.
Sip your way through its celebrated coffee culture, lose yourself in laneways bursting with colourful street art, browse bustling markets and discover stylish rooftop bars hidden high above the city streets. One highlight of your stay is a full-day experience in the Yarra Valley, one of Australia’s leading wine regions.
Sample premium wines, enjoy a vineyard lunch and soak up the rolling countryside. You could also venture further afield to the spectacular Great Ocean Road, one of the world’s most scenic coastal drives.
Uluru
Then it’s on to one of Australia’s most awe-inspiring natural wonders.
Rising dramatically from the heart of the Red Centre, Uluru is one of the country’s most iconic landmarks. Your luxury base for two nights is Sails In The Desert, where contemporary comfort sits amid a landscape unlike anywhere else on Earth.
As dusk falls, you’ll enjoy an unforgettable sunset experience overlooking Uluru before venturing into the mesmerising Field Of Light installation, where more than 50,000 glowing spheres illuminate the desert.
By day, you could discover ancient Indigenous stories on a guided cultural experience, explore the breathtaking rock formations of Kata Tjuta or walk around the base of Uluru itself. When night falls, prepare for some of the clearest stargazing you’ll ever experience beneath the vast desert sky.
Hamilton Island
Your final stop is Hamilton Island, the tropical gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and the Whitsundays. Surrounded by turquoise waters and pristine white-sand beaches, it’s an idyllic setting for three nights of pure relaxation.
You’ll stay at the ultra-exclusive resort Qualia, in a luxurious Leeward Pavilion with breathtaking views across the Coral Sea.
Alongside a private electric golf buggy, personalised beach drop-offs and complimentary access to watersports equipment, you’ll have everything you need to make the most of this island paradise.
Set sail on a full-day Great Barrier Reef adventure, where you can snorkel among colourful coral gardens and spot extraordinary marine life. Then spend your free time exploring even more of the Whitsundays.
You could cruise to Whitehaven Beach, take a scenic flight over Heart Reef, paddle through secluded bays or simply unwind with a cocktail as the sun sets over the water.
