Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NCAA. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Indiana fans and fans across the country.
All good, even great, things must come to an end. For Indiana football, that means its 20+ game unbeaten streak, which was snapped by this past Saturday’s 19-15 loss to Ohio State in Bloomington.
There were plenty of concerning points from the game. Josh Hoover struggled to connect with his receivers, the offensive line had as much trouble as it’s ever had under Curt Cignetti and the running game looks to have flipped from a huge strength to a potential weakness after two lackluster weeks on the ground.
There were positives! Charlie Becker looked incredible and Indiana’s defense played just about the best game it could’ve, largely limiting Jeremiah Smith out wide and getting plenty of pressure, and turnovers, out of Julian Sayin.
Indiana learned a bit about itself. But what about you, what’s your view on the Hoosiers’ ceiling this season after that game? Is Indiana once again a national title contender or does this roster look to be one that’ll battle late for a playoff bid.
