The Apple Watch Series 10 was released in September 2024, and it's one of the best ways to get into the Apple Watch in 2026 without breaking the bank. Right now, the titanium 46 mm case model with cellular capabilities is $112 off, bringing the price down to $637 (originally $749). That's the lowest price after Apple raised prices this summer due to the RAM shortage, according to price-tracking tools. The same model in gold titanium is also over $100 off, reaching $679 (originally $799), saving you the same amount compared to the latest Series 12 going for $799.
The Apple Watch Series 10 was considered the best Apple Watch for most people last fall and is a great replacement if you're still wearing the more budget SE. There are also some key upgrades from the Apple Watch 9, although they're less noticeable than previous Apple Watch upgrades. If you're curious to know how it compares to other flagship smartwatches from its time, you can check out our head-to-head comparison.
Some of the first things you'll notice on the Series 10 are a thin case and a big OLED screen (either 1.6 inches or 1.8 inches, depending on which model you get). The Series 10 has audio playback, meaning you can listen to podcasts, take calls, or listen to Spotify on its speakers. The sleep features allow notifications for signs of sleep apnea. What you're giving up by saving on this version over the latest Series 12 is a faster S11 chip, a newer Health Sensing System and the Readiness app (tracks daily insights, vitals, and other metrics), a longer battery life (from 18 to 24 hours), 5G RedCap support (it helps save on battery life and has better network coverage compared to 5G), and audio intelligence features like Live Rewind, Siri Recap, and Sound Recognition.
If those extra features don't matter to you, the Series 10 is a great Apple Watch to get in 2026 at a discount, when many are still suffering from their price hikes.
