Three undefeated teams are still thriving in 2026, and our newest NFL MVP rankings have a lot of representation with the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers. However, one name continues to stand out in recent weeks, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love.
The Packers are now 4-2 on the season, and they’ve won three straight games with Love playing excellent from the pocket. Green Bay has an important Week 7 test against the Detroit Lions, who have their own MVP candidates in Jared Goff and Jahmyr Gibbs.
Josh Allen captured another signature win over the weekend against the Las Vegas Raiders. Is he able to hold on to the top spot in our Week 7 update? Who is your MVP favorite through six weeks?
Here are our latest MVP rankings through Week 6 of the 2026 season.

10. Bryce Young (Carolina Panthers)
Young has completely transformed how NFL fans view him as a quarterback in 2026. The Panthers are one of the more dynamic offenses, and the Panthers star is ranked sixth in passing yards despite having an early bye week.
9. Trevor Lawrence (Jacksonville Jaguars)

Lawrence leads the league in passing touchdowns through six weeks, and his connection with Parker Washington is becoming an elite combination. Jacksonville seems to have its offense figured out, but the defense needs to start getting stops during critical times.
8. Patrick Mahomes (Kansas City Chiefs)

The Chiefs haven’t needed to fully rely on Mahomes in games because of Kenneth Walker’s outstanding start. However, the three-time Super Bowl winner is still playing great and that’s why Kansas City is 5-0 to start.
7. Jahmyr Gibbs (Detroit Lions)

Gibbs is ranked inside the top 5 in rushing yards and touchdowns through Week 6. The Lions may have countless offensive weapons, but the team’s RB1 looks by far the most dynamic. He’s certainly in the MVP consideration for his rushing and pass-catching abilities.
6. Jaxon Smith-Njigba (Seattle Seahawks)

Seattle’s top receiver is averaging nearly 120 yards per game. No other NFL wideout is within 25 yards of that mark, which shows how dominant JSN is as a downfield threat for the Seahawks. JSN’s currently on pace for over 2,000 receiving yards in 2026.
5. Joe Burrow (Cincinnati Bengals)

Burrow and the Bengals haven’t even reached their full potential as an offense yet, but the former LSU star is still playing extremely well with 11 touchdown passes. Cincinnati typically starts slow the first month or so, but if they pick things up look out for them in the AFC North.
4. Jordan Love (Green Bay Packers)

Love is quickly rising in the MVP discussion, especially after outplaying Dak Prescott on Sunday Night Football. His connection with Matthew Golden and Christian Watson has made Green Bay one of the most dangerous offenses in the NFL.
3. Kenneth Walker III (Kansas City Chiefs)

Nobody is excelling in the ground game more than Walker, and it’s not particularly close. The Chiefs have already had their bye week, but Walker’s still averaging 133 yards per game. The next closest to the KC star is Bijan Robinson at 106.8.
2. Brock Purdy (San Francisco 49ers)

Purdy had to prove his grit on Monday Night Football, especially when Mike Evans exited with an injury. San Francisco remains perfect through six weeks, and Purdy is playing his role perfectly with 14 touchdowns and only two interceptions.
1. Josh Allen (Buffalo Bills)

There’s nothing we can say about Allen that we haven’t already. He won another close road game with DJ Moore sidelined, but the Buffalo star continues to shine when the pressure mounts in big games.
