Meghan Markle returned to the very place she made her first official royal public appearance with Prince Harry, Nottingham, on Thursday.
Her outfit was brimming with seasonal goodness. She chose the stylish shade often associated with autumn - burgundy- in an ensemble from some of the UK's best-loved brands.
Proving that her instincts remain sharp, the former Suits star wore a burgundy wool and cashmere coat by luxury UK brand Joseph, layered over the label's matching Yara high-neck jumper. The tonal separates were expertly paired with a fitted pencil skirt from royal-loved label The Fold, and the pièce de résistance was her £26 leather belt by Marks & Spencer.

Known as the 'Leather Triple Keeper Jeans Belt ', the classic style gave her look main character energy, gently cinching her look together.

Since Meghan opted for the bargain accessory, it's started to sell quickly, with only a few sizes left.

Keeping in step with her UK-themed getup, she added Jennifer Chamandi's 'Lorenzo 105' heels and completed the look with Joseph's 'Mini Loaf' bag in Espresso.
Meghan's M&S pact
It comes as no surprise that Meghan wore M&S this week; after all, she even fronted a campaign with the high street store in 2019. That year, the mother-of-two announced that she had partnered with the famed British brand to launch a capsule collection of workwear to benefit Smart Works, a nationwide charity that helps unemployed and vulnerable women back into the workplace.

Back in 2018, Meghan caused a rush to the tills when she wore a pretty £35 bell-sleeve navy jumper by the brand.

Later that year, she opted to don the brand's 'Double Crepe Bodycon Dress' for the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall. Costing just £49.50, it unsurprisingly sold out in nearly every size soon after.
Meghan's first visit to Nottingham in 2017
The last time Meghan and Harry visited Nottingham was on 1 December 2017, just days after announcing their engagement.

That day, Meghan paired a navy coat by Canadian brand Mackage with a camel midi skirt by Joseph and a fitted black top by Wolford. Her handbag stole the show, though. Meghan carried the Strathberry Midi Tote, which proceeded to sell out minutes after the pictures were published and put the brand firmly on the high-end fashion map.
