KUALA LUMPUR: Popular entrepreneur Wanie Elena has fulfilled a heartfelt promise to her close friend, singer and actress Bella Astillah, by resharing a poignant video captured two years ago.
The snippet, recorded during the wedding reception of celebrity couple Janna Nick and Dini Schatzmann in 2024, captures an emotional moment between the pair.
At the time, Wanie had promised Bella that she would re-post the video only when the star found genuine, lasting happiness.
Taking to Threads, Wanie expressed her immense delight at seeing her good friend finally secure the contentment she had long prayed for.
"When I filmed this back in 2024, I promised Bella that I would only share it again once she found someone who would make her truly happy," Wanie wrote.
"Praise be to God, that day has arrived. I am so happy that you have found the happiness you prayed for," she added.
In the emotional throwback footage, Bella appeared visibly moved while watching Janna and Dini celebrate their union, expressing her own earnest wish to one day experience a similarly blissful relationship.
Wanie also offered her warmest blessings for Bella's marriage to Muar Member of Parliament, Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman, wishing them a lifetime of unity and peace.
"May God bless your marriage with endless love and happiness, lasting all the way to Jannah. Love you always, Bella Astillah," Wanie wrote.
Bella and Syed Saddiq tied the knot on Saturday morning at Level 118 of Menara Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur.
