Matchbox Twenty has announced its 30th anniversary tour with a 52-date North American run that kicks off on May 15, 2027, in Birmingham, Ala., and ends on Aug. 12 in Grand Rapids, Mich. The group will make two Canadian stops on the tour, including Vancouver.

Since releasing Yourself or Someone Like You in 1996, the band featuring lead singer Rob Thomas, Brian Yale, Paul Doucette and Kyle Cook has topped the charts with hit singles such as 3AM, Push, Real World, Back 2 Good and Long Day, among others. Yourself or Someone Like You is now diamond-certified. The 12-times-platinum album was one of the best-selling releases in the 1990s.
Since that breakout smash, the band has gone on to build a catalogue of additional hit singles and sold more than 40 million records worldwide.

Ticketleader.ca lists the start time for the show as 7:30 p.m.
The Matchbox Twenty artist presale is Oct. 20 at 5 p.m. at ticketleader.ca. Sign up for the presale at matchboxtwenty.com.
Tickets for the public go on sale on Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. at ticketleader.ca.
The Wallflowers are the support act for the concert.
The band plays July 21 at RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto.
