Published 2026 fee schedules show annual tuition ranging from KSh 180,600 at Makini's most affordable campuses to KSh 1,582,000 for A-Levels at Crawford International, illustrating how broadly these networks stretch across the Kenyan parent market.
Crawford International's premium pricing
Crawford International, situated within Tatu City and following the British curriculum from nursery through to A-Levels, represents ADvTECH's top-tier Kenyan offering.
Nursery 2 places are priced at KSh 558,000 annually, rising to KSh 855,000 at Kindergarten 3.
Fees for Grades 1 and 2 fall between KSh 948,000 and KSh 999,000, while Grades 3 to 5 attract KSh 1,134,000.
Upper primary classes from Grades 6 to 8 cost between KSh 1,377,000 and KSh 1,422,000 per year; IGCSE students in Grades 9 and 10 pay approximately KSh 1,520,000; and A-Level enrolment in Grades 11 and 12 carries the highest charge at KSh 1,582,000.
Beyond tuition, parents face a KSh 5,500 application fee, a KSh 44,000 admission fee and a KSh 25,000 refundable textbook deposit. Transport costs add an estimated KSh 50,000 to KSh 80,000 annually depending on the route.
Makini and Nova Pioneer fee structures
ADvTECH acquired a majority stake in Makini Schools in 2018 and extended the network further in 2025 by absorbing Regis Runda Academy.
Makini operates across multiple campuses and offers both the Kenyan Competency Based Curriculum and the Cambridge pathway.
At the Runda campus, 2026 CBC fees start at KSh 180,600 for daycare and reach KSh 430,920 at Grade 10 and Forms 3 to 4.
Admission and application fees there stand at KSh 10,750 and KSh 2,150 respectively, with a refundable deposit of KSh 10,750.
The Ngong Road campus charges an estimated KSh 279,000 to KSh 405,000 annually for the Cambridge programme covering preschool through upper primary, while Kisumu campuses charge roughly KSh 37,377 to KSh 52,174 per term.
Nova Pioneer, which has South African roots and investment links but operates independently of ADvTECH, serves the value-to-mid tier through campuses in Kenya and South Africa.
At its Tatu City primary campus, PP1 tuition is KSh 83,500 per term, with meals charged at KSh 22,700 per term, placing the estimated annual cost at around KSh 318,600 before any discounts.
Day primary tuition stands at approximately KSh 420,000 per year.
Nova Pioneer states that its fees cover a pupil laptop, internet access, software, learning materials and regular trips within Nairobi, with one-time costs limited to a KSh 5,000 enrolment fee and a KSh 10,000 refundable caution fee.
All figures reflect published 2026 schedules. Parents are advised to confirm current fees directly with admissions offices, as transport, uniforms, lunch and extra-curricular activities can add considerably to the total annual cost.
