Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin (knee) left the Week 6 game against the San Francisco 49ers midway through the first half due to a left knee injury.
McLaurin was running a route, and colliding with a defender, and his left knee buckled awkwardly. He immediately went down, grasping at the knee. His leg was immobilized in an air cast, and he was carted off, while players from both teams wished him well before he departed the field.

Why it Matters: It's a shame for McLaurin, who has finally been healthy to start the season, and he was feeling good. The team still has Stefon Diggs and Antonio Williams, while Treylon Burks, Dyami Brown and Luke McCaffrey are likely to see larger roles. Chig Okonkwo could also see a much larger role if McLaurin is forced to the shelf, which looks all but likely after what appeared to be a serious injury.
