They say: From the Canadian brand Green Beaver, this lip butter features 100 per cent natural ingredients, including shea butter, to soften and soothe lips. The moisturizing formula features the scent of pure maple syrup.
We say: This is the ultimate lip balm for maple syrup lovers. A dollop smoothed onto lips produces a punch of pancake-tasting topping. But not in a bad way. Not a big fan of food-flavoured beauty products, our tester was surprised by how much she liked this maple-flavoured balm. It’s a sweet treat on lips, leaving them soft and hydrated too.

They say: Monday Haircare has gotten into the body wash game. The collection of pink-bottled products are infused with skin-caring ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, shea butter and coconut oil, to moisturize skin while gently cleansing. PH balanced and dermatologically tested, the body washes are cruelty free.
We say: This body wash builds to a rich lather. And a little goes a long way. Featuring a sweet, vanilla scent, it left our tester’s skin feeling clean and soft, but not stripped.

They say: A new eau de parfum from luxury Italian brand Valentino. Available in a men’s version — Vendetta Uomo Eau de Parfum — and the women’s — Valentino Vendetta Donna — the scents are bold and “unstoppable.” A rich, red elixir, Vendetta Donna features notes of orange nectar, tuberose and sandalwood.
We say: This scent is as sexy as the campaign that supports it, which stars actors Dakota Johnson and Alexander Skarsgård. The fragrance is undeniably flower forward, but it’s balanced and enhanced by the addition of earthy sandalwood and the subtle hint of citrus. Very nice.
