Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has been ruled out for a second straight week due to an ankle injury, head coach Jesse Minter announced on Friday.
"It's just a decision for his best interest," Minter said. "That's really what every decision is going to be about.
Jackson suffered a left sprained ankle during Baltimore's 24-18 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 4. He has not practiced in the past two weeks and sat out Sunday night's overtime win against the Atlanta Falcons.
Tyler Huntley, who threw for 201 yards and two touchdowns against the Falcons, will start once again as the Ravens take on the Cleveland Browns.

Minter labeled Jackson day-to-day earlier in the week and said he wanted to see how the quarterback performed in practice before making a decision on his Week 6 availability. Participation in practice never happened.
"Again, to Lamar's credit, he's working his butt off," Minter said Wednesday. "He's doing everything he can to be out here, and when he's able to be, then he will."
Since Jackson became the Ravens' full-time starter in 2019, the team has gone 7-11 in regular season games he's missed.
The good news for the Ravens is that they will have wide receiver Zay Flowers (toe) and linebacker Trey Hendrickson (finger) available after both players practiced on Friday.
Flowers, who missed Week 2 due to a hamstring injury, was added to Thursday's injury report with a toe issue. Hendrickson needed surgery to repair a broken finger suffered in Week 1 and missed the past two games.
"Unfortunate, but it's football. It's a tough sport," Hendrickson said this week. "They've done right by me getting it fixed and onto the next. Best decision for everybody was getting it fixed for long-term and short-term. ... [It feels] signficiantly less painful now, believe it or not. It's great."
