KATHMANDU, Oct 15: The Kathmandu District Court will remain open during the Dashain holidays, except on Phulpati and Bijaya Dashami (Tika).
According to a notice issued by the court, its office will operate from 11 am to 3 pm on other days during the holiday period to facilitate urgent legal proceedings.
