Paul Rudd
Paul seems to get younger with each passing day, and is looking better than ever at 57. Even his Marvel co-star, Chris Evans, remarked on his wrinkle-free looks in a Variety interview. "Why don't you age? Are you drinking baby blood?" he joked. The secrets to his flawless visage are simple: always wear sunscreen, and get enough sleep.
"I am a big believer in sunscreen," he told InStyle. "I’m not one for tanning. I used to be, back when I was rocking the Depeche Mode look. Honestly, I wear sunscreen." He added that sleep was paramount and improved his health more than working out and dieting.
"People ask me, ‘Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?’ The most important part of training is sleep," he told Men's Health.
"People will set their alarm and then sleep for four hours, and they’ll get up so that they can train. They’re doing themselves a disservice. If you can somehow get eight hours of sleep [then do it]."

Gabrielle Union
Gabrielle has always looked far younger than her actual age, and was still playing high schoolers onscreen well into her late 20s. The 53-year-old shared with Harper's Bazaar that she had stopped caring about ageing a long time ago, which likely contributed to her wrinkle-free look.
"For me, I don’t give a s*** – I just don’t!" she said. "I don’t give a s***. It started in my 40s…In your mind, it feels like the world is going to end if you don't care deeply about what everyone thinks about every single thing. And then, you realise the world keeps on ticking."
"You might be news for 2.5 seconds, but ultimately, no one cares. So do exactly what you want to do, and say no…I only say yes to the things I really want to do. And I’m going to show up with a good attitude, and I’m not going to be looking for the exit. I just started living for myself, and it freed me. It really felt like a gorilla hopped off my back," she continued.
"The older I get, I’m like, I don’t care. As long as it doesn’t hurt me or my family, I’m going to get these jokes off, and I’m going to do exactly what I want to do. And I’m going to wear the tiniest of bikinis literally until death. I will be face down in the casket in a thong bikini."

Bianca Lawson
Bianca Lawson's youthful looks have become an internet meme, with the star portraying teenagers in TV shows and movies for almost 20 years between Saved by the Bell: The New Class and Pretty Little Liars.
For Bianca, less is more; she prefers to use simple and effective skincare and beauty products, and looks decades younger than her 47 years.
"I don't really have a routine or regimen, and I think that' s the secret – the simpler, the better," she told Vibe. "I've been using the same products since high school. I feel like the more you leave yourself alone, the better."
"When people are constantly changing products and doing what the 'new' thing is – it drives your skin, hair and body crazy. Stick with what's working and listen to your body," she added, before explaining that cheaper skincare products usually worked better for her than the high-end ones.

Alicia Keys
The Grammy winner may be 45, but thanks to her trusty skincare routine, she doesn’t look a day over 25. "I’ve always cared about skincare, but in a way that was very frustrating because I didn’t always have good skin," she told Vogue.
"I’ve learned some of the secrets, and I’ve also found some of the products that work for me – because everybody is different. You’ve gotta keep trying and find what’s good for you."
Despite looking decades younger, Alicia has learned to embrace the ageing process, and told The Cut that getting older had taught her confidence and wisdom. "I think you get more beautiful as you get older," she said. "I feel like there’s something about it. Your heart opens more. You have a quality about you that is so much stronger in a way."
"I really know that you become more beautiful as you recognise these things about yourself, as you become wiser, as you become older, as you become more yourself, who you actually are."

Mario Lopez
Another star who looks like he's ageing backwards is Saved by the Bell star and TV personality Mario Lopez, who swears by a drink of tequila to maintain his good looks at 53.
"I’m always flattered when somebody says [that I don't age], but it’s not like I do anything in particular. I’m just lucky, and I always say that I drink a lot of tequila, and it preserves you. It’s like an embalming fluid. And I’m happy – that keeps you youthful," he explained to Us Weekly.
"I’m not a calorie counter or anything, and I love food, so I don't discriminate," he added. "I try not to eat a lot of junk during the week, and then on the weekends, I go a little nuts and eat a lot and have some cocktails and maybe a cigar or two. It’s all about balance."

Shakira
The Colombian superstar looks younger than ever at 49 years old, and has shared several of her go-to secrets behind her youthful beauty.
Shakira always uses sunscreen on her face, as well as Vitamin C to brighten her skin, and she is also a stickler for taking her makeup off each day, no matter how tired she is. Another tip from the mother of two is to circulate the blood around the face by massaging it.
"When I have an appearance, I do the craziest thing. I massage my face and neck very vigorously because I believe that circulation, the irrigation of blood to the skin and muscles, can rejuvenate, so I look more plumped,” she explained to Allure.

Anne Hathaway
Anne Hathaway has been America's sweetheart since she first popped onto our screens in 2001 in The Princess Diaries, and the 43-year-old hasn't aged since.
"Drinking water and staying hydrated is so important. I believe that my skin looks its best when it is nourished, which starts from within. Sunscreen is also important – I love spending time outdoors but try to avoid any excessive exposure to the sun," Anne explained to Popspoken.
The actress added that her life was only getting better with age, and pushed back on the pressure to look youthful.
"Despite some messaging that we – especially women – have been subjected to, age simply is not a barrier for self-growth and personal development. The way I feel about it at this stage of my life is that there is no 'peak age' that should be valued above any other. Hopefully we’re always becoming more ourselves. I feel it’s vital to always be exploring our own potential for as long as we are lucky enough to be alive."
