Ivica Dacic, the leader of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) who tops the “Factor of Stability” electoral list, declared that the SPS is “indestructible” and described Socialists as “the guardians of Serbia, protecting its state and national interests.”

Speaking at the campaign rally in Surdulica, Dacic said that the Socialist Party of Serbia remains “solid as a rock,” having “withstood all blows for decades.”
“The massive turnouts at our rallies - here in Surdulica tonight, and recently in Vranje, Leskovac, Kraljevo, Kragujevac, Belgrade at the Belgrade Arena, and Novi Sad - prove that the Socialist Party of Serbia is an institution and a pillar of stability throughout its entire history. Because we are the fiercest defenders of our state and national interests, they want to tear us down,” an SPS press release quoted Dacic as saying.
He called on “all former communists and socialists to cast their vote for list number 2.”
“In this time of general madness, hatred, conflict, chaos, and violence, I ask and urge you all to do good by the people, because good deeds are returned in kind. Therefore, vote number two. It takes two to tango, and it takes the Socialist Party of Serbia to ensure political stability. Serbia must be preserved. There is no stability, law, or order without us serving as a primary, decisive factor. We are an inseparable part of this nation - created by the people, existing solely for the people,” Dacic said.
