Seth Curry, Stephen Curry's younger brother and former Warrior, already called out his old team's seemingly desperate situation after another painful Dubs loss.
The younger Curry, who was limited to just 10 games played with Golden State last season due to nagging injuries, posted on Threads after the team announced two-way player Graham Ike would be inserted into the starting lineup Friday night against the Grizzlies. Curry couldn't help but state the obvious when it came to the news.
"With all due respect to Ike. A 2-way starting for the dubs in game 2 is tough," Curry wrote.

Curry's post is just the latest critique of a Warriors roster that's now severely lacking and undersized at the center position after Kristaps Porzingis' sudden ghosting of the organization, along with injuries to big man Charles Bassey, and Al Horford's general unavailability on back-to-backs to attempt to manage his back issues.
Ike, a 6'9" undrafted rookie out of Gonzaga who signed a two-way deal with the Warriors on Sept. 22, had the lowest plus-minus of all Warriors starters at -16 on Friday, but did capitalize on the starting opportunity on offense, hitting two 3-pointers and posting 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting.
If the Warriors' first two games of the season are any indication, their current lack of size, as well as the omnipresent roster issue of, "Who's going to help out Steph Curry?" has them destined for another losing season.
The Warriors were blown out by the Lakers in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, with new Laker big man Walker Kessler going 12-for-12 from the field with 10 dunks. Then on Friday, Golden State appeared primed to win their home opener until they collapsed in the fourth quarter, squandering a 12-point lead and going 0-9 from the field in the final three minutes of an eventual 111-108 loss to Memphis.
The Warriors won't have to wait long to try and put the loss behind them, as they take on the Suns on the second night of a home back-to-back at 7 p.m. on NBC Sports Bay Area. But given the team will be without Curry, Horford and Brandin Podziemski, with Draymond Green considered doubtful, it's not looking very good for Golden State's chances to get their first win of the season.
