Actor and TV personality Kwame Dzokoto of Effiewura and Edziban fame has reportedly died after collapsing during a panel discussion on Owass Radio in Tarkwa.

Dzokoto, a politician and actor known for the TV shows Effiewura and Edziban, was rushed to a hospital in Tarkwa, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
His death was confirmed by a close source in the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Further details about the circumstances of his death have yet to emerge.
Dzokoto is a comedian, actor, and politician who hosted the Edziban show on TV3, which explores Ghanaian food joints and cuisines.
He contested the Tarkwa-Nsuaem seat on the NDC ticket in the 2016 general elections but lost to Mireku Duker of the New Patriotic Party.
