Twenty-eight substations, key energy sites damaged in Ukraine, says Zelensky

MOSCOW, October 19. /TASS/. Twenty-eight electrical substations and key energy sites have been damaged in Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky said.

Zelensky did not specify the period on his Telegram channel, over which these facilities had been damaged.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Sergey Koretsky said earlier that 2,147 explosions had occurred at the country’s energy facilities over three months. He said that this figure was many times higher than last year.
