The Oscar winner’s California compound consists of a three-bedroom main house, a guesthouse, and a separate studio

Halle Berry is offering up her Mediterranean-style Los Angeles villa with an asking price of about $12 million. The Oscar winner’s compound hit the market earlier this month, TMZ reports. Per its listing history, the Crime 101 star paid just under $6 million for the 1926-built home in 2005. The 5,900-square-foot estate hosts five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across the three-bedroom main house and a guesthouse.
The front entrance opens to a sunken living room with stone-tiled floors, exposed beams, and tall panes of glass looking out at the lush greenery that lines the grounds. On the other side of the entrance, a formal dining room features a picture window and access to the chef’s kitchen, which is complete with a double island. The space is outfitted with a slide-away wall of glass that fully opens the home to the outdoors. Elsewhere, a more casual, fireplace-warmed living room is situated beneath an airy vaulted ceiling. The space provides direct access to a wet bar and the backyard swimming pool. Among the other outdoor amenities are a meditation garden, a large pool deck, a fire pit, a pizza oven, and a pergola-topped seating area with a fireplace. The property’s outdoor areas are tucked amongst dense foliage, providing serene pockets of resort-style living.
A separate glam room with a dressing area boasts a private entrance for stylists and trainers to come and go without entering the rest of the home—a telltale sign that this is the home of a prominent actor.

The Never Let Go star has owned gorgeous dwellings in the Hollywood Hills and Malibu
In 2023, Berry listed her Malibu residence of nearly 20 years for $18 million, though she took it off the market just a few months later. That listing has gone up and down several times since then, but the property appears to still be under Berry’s ownership.
The star’s latest real estate move comes in the midst of a tense legal battle with her ex-husband, French actor Olivier Martinez, over the custody of their teenage son.
