Saylor Teases ‘More Orange’ After His $100 Trillion Bitcoin Vision Speech

Moreover, Saylor isn’t merely betting on bitcoin’s price going higher. He’s talking about building a financial system worth as much as $100 trillion, backed by an asset that computers cannot manufacture and corporations are increasingly accumulating. At ParaFi Investor Day 2026, the Strategy founder came out swinging with a sweeping presentation on digital capital, credit and equity before joining ParaFi Capital partner and Bitwise adviser Jeff Park for a fireside discussion. His central argument was that bitcoin’s greatest financial transformation may have barely begun, even after 17 years of existence.

Saylor Sees Bitcoin Becoming the Foundation of Global Credit

“Bitcoin is a scarce desirable piece of property in cyberspace,” Saylor told attendees. “So the robots can’t make more bitcoin.” He argued that artificial intelligence would make conventional businesses increasingly vulnerable while strengthening the investment case for scarce assets. “If you’re an investor, you want to buy something a robot can’t make,” he said. Saylor identified bank adoption as a major catalyst, particularly as institutions begin extending credit against bitcoin holdings.

“Every $10 billion of credit is one year supply,” he said. “So you create a hundred billion of credit on a trillion-dollar asset class, it’s enormously bullish.” He expects expanding custody services to help establish those lending networks over the next 12 to 24 months.

Strategy’s Bitcoin Machine Takes Aim at a Much Bigger Prize

Saylor described Strategy’s financial structure as a self-reinforcing mechanism that raises capital, purchases bitcoin and uses appreciating reserves to support additional financing. “We sell the credit, we buy the bitcoin, we drive up the price of the bitcoin, we drive up the premium in the common stock,” he explained. He said Strategy controls approximately 4% of bitcoin’s eventual supply and has raised $21 billion this year.

“Because bitcoin is a commodity. And because it’s capped at 21 million,” Saylor said, explaining the mechanics behind his thesis. Then came his biggest prediction. He declared:

“You can scale this up to be a 10 trillion, 20 trillion, 50 trillion, hundred trillion dollar system. And when it gets going, it gets going very fast.”

Bitcoin-Backed Credit Targets Daily Income

The Strategy executive also took the wraps off his ambitions for STRC, the company’s bitcoin-backed preferred stock, which he said currently pays 12%. “We have about 48 years’ worth of dividends in our capital structure,” Saylor said, describing the security’s financial backing. His next objective is daily dividends, designed to accommodate tokenized financial markets operating around the clock.

“If we could pay hourly, we’d pay hourly,” he joked. Saylor also outlined his vision for a bitcoin-backed dollar instrument offering attractive income. “That’s the mythical bitcoin backed stablecoin that pays you 8%,” he said. Such a product remains an ambition rather than an established financial instrument, and its proposed returns would depend on the underlying structure and risks.

Bitcoin’s 17-Year Journey Offers a Lesson for Wall Street

Park pressed Saylor about institutional adoption and the obstacles facing a relatively young credit category. Saylor acknowledged that traditional investors need evidence that these instruments can withstand difficult markets. “We have to prove we can manage through bear markets,” he conceded. He then offered a pointed comparison, stating:

“Bitcoin’s 17 years old and people are just now not laughing at it and saying, ‘Okay, I guess it’s a legitimate something.'”

For Saylor, digital credit is following a similar path, with years of investor education still ahead. And despite his enthusiasm, the market’s ultimate acceptance may depend less on spectacular bitcoin forecasts than on something decidedly old-fashioned: uninterrupted dividend payments.
