A Strategic Conclave of Dutch-Bangla Bank with the Rajshahi and Rangpur Regions was held at a local hotel in Boguraon recently in hybrid model to formulatebusiness strategies for the branches and to strengthen customer service excellence.
Md. AhteshamulHaque Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank was present as the Chief Guest in the program. In his speech, the Managing Director & CEO said that DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the Best Financial Solution Partner “the Trusted Partner” for its customers.
He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a Client Caring Mentality, to ensure service excellence.
The Branch Managers of Rajshahi and Rangpur Regionspresented their respective strategies in the conclave and assured the management ofachieving their business targetsthrough excellent customer service.
The senior management team also shared their observations and provided guidance on improving customer service and achieving businesstargets.
